This year for the holidays we are curating an unforgettable weeklong alpine getaway in a premium resort village.
This week is carefully curated for a select small group atmosphere, we will be 6-10 persons maximum. This event will lean 30s-40's and it will intentionally be an almost even gender mix. Our group is a relaxed, hit the slopes and have meaningful conversations set. Fine tastes greatly appreciated, in the true sense. Be advised this will be a "luxury without pretentiousness" kind of event, we don't do snob. Although you are more than welcome to make yourself drinks or take advantage of the amazing bars and clubs on offer nearby, this event is not a "partier" type event.
We are planning a truly memorable week for the Holiday eclipsing New Years Eve. It is a thoughtfully curated opportunity to get to know a great mix of humans on a truly deeper level, in the midst of stunning winter nature with a design to make memories and lasting connections. We can only accept 6-10 applicants to keep this week an incredible small group, so if you are interested, we advise that you lock in your spot immediately.

€9600-€16000 (equivalent USD) per person.
Room structure is the determine factor in the rate, private rooms are available. Guests willing to share may take advantage of the lower rate. No more than two guests will share a room. We keep the pmt structure simple: 50% paid now to secure your place. Remaining 50% paid by September 15th. Rate includes taxes and fees associated with the transactions.

Q: When does the trip take place?
December 27 – January 2
Q: Where is it located?
For the privacy of our guests, the exact resort and village are shared only with applicants once accepted into the process. You'll fly into either Munich or Vienna, and we'll handle transport from there.
Q: How many people will be there?
10 - 12 guests total, the group was intentionally kept small so everyone actually gets to know each other. The group skews 30s - 40s with a balanced gender mix.
Q: Is this a dating event, a friend trip, or something else?
It's neither a formal singles event nor a typical friend trip, it's a curated gathering of interesting people who want deeper connection, good conversation, and a shared adventure. What happens socially is entirely up to fate…
Q: Is this a party-heavy trip?
No. You're welcome to enjoy the bars and nightlife nearby, but the trip itself isn't built around partying. It's designed around presence, skiing, conversation, and quality time.
Q: How do I apply, and what's the process?

Q: Is there a deadline to apply?
Yes, we're only accepting 6-10 applicants, and spots are filling on a first-come basis. We recommend applying as soon as possible to secure a place.
Q: Can I apply with a partner or friend?
This trip is designed for solo applicants to keep the group dynamic organic but you are welcome to inquire and we will consider all applications with an open mind.
Q: What should I bring / is gear provided?
Ski/snowboard gear is not included but can be rented locally. Bring layers for winter weather, swimsuit for spa and something nice for the NYE dinner. We will send out a packing guide as the date draws near for non-frequent travelers to reference!
Q: Is travel insurance required?
No but it is strongly recommended. Please see the Assumption of Risk at the bottom of this page and read it carefully. Note that some major credit cards cover many travel situations quite extensively, many rental policies cover loss of property while traveling. We encourage you to look at the coverage you already have and to research travel insurance options and we trust that you will make the coverage choice that fits your needs and risks.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
Because we book the accommodations well in advance and they are not refundable, and the time that goes into the planning and logistics cannot be recovered our pmts are also non-refundable with one possible exception which is not guaranteed: Because we only accept 10 applicants, we have a waiting list for future Travel Events and if cancellation happens early enough, we can try to see if someone else still has the flexibility in their holiday schedule to take your spot. If that is the case, they would “buy you out” and there would be an admin fee of €250 for this process.
Q: If there is a photographer, will I have control over how my image is used?
A small amount of non-intrusive, real-life "friends style" candid photography will be taken during the week for the sake of memories, not the gram. Don't feel like you need to be performative or dressed to impress. We encourage you not to take the photos too seriously — when you're 85 looking back at these, you won't mind that your makeup wasn't perfect or your arm wasn't in a good position. You'll laugh at the awkward expressions and enjoy the memory of an incredible time spent with new friends.
There will be an "image review," where each person can say yes or no before a final downloadable photo drop is sent to the whole group. Nothing will be posted to our publication's socials without the whole group's consent. Photography will always be obvious, and you'll have the ability to opt out of a photo moment easily. If you don't like an image you're in, you can ask for it not to be shared. It's for the sake of having some memories to take away — not to put you on the spot!
Q: What about photos guests take on their own phones?
The same spirit applies, with a few firm lines:
Ask before you photograph someone. A quick "mind if I grab a photo?" is the norm here — don't take photos of other guests without their permission.
Don't post any photo that includes another guest to social media, publicly or privately, without that person's explicit consent — even if you think they'd be fine with it. Ask first, every time.
Photos of just you — your own view, your own moments — are yours to post to your heart's content.
If someone asks you to take a photo down or not share one, that's the end of the conversation — no follow-up needed.
Assumption of Risk
This event includes physical activities such as skiing, snowboarding, and other winter sports, which carry inherent risks of injury. By applying to and participating in this trip, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to review and sign a full Liability Waiver prior to travel. We strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for winter sports and medical evacuation, prior to departure. Participation in this event is voluntary, and guests are responsible for assessing their own fitness and ability to safely engage in offered activities.
